So, crazy small town stuff.
One of the women who sits on the board of directors at the Cameron Senior Center, where I play bridge and eat lunch every Thursday, recruited me to run for Treasurer of the Senior's group. She also recruited my friend Carol to run as VP. So, today at the meeting, with about 10 members there, Carol and I were elected.
So begins my political career.
