Friday night, after eating yummy fish fry, friends Pete & Carol and I took in the last performance of the season at The Red Barn Theater Company here in Rice Lake.

The play this time was called 'Unnecessary Farce'.
It was a very silly comedy and entertained us nicely.
The weather cooled off just in time for us, it was quite comfortable in the theater even though the only temperature control is managed by large ceiling fans and gaps in the wall boards which let in fresh air.
We stretched our legs a bit during intermission and I snapped this cell phone photo of the big pine tree.
We've enjoyed three plays at the Red Barn this year:
Over the Tavern
Annie
Unnecessary Farce
I'd have to give Annie the best of season award but the others were well acted and entertaining.
