I've been looking around for one of the snowy owls that many of my birder friends are seeing.
So far, no luck.
Some birders have noticed Snowy Owls hanging around airports in their region.
On Thursday, I had a little time on my hands, so I took a drive past the airport,
Yes, we have an airport.
It might even be an international airport,
it wouldn't be a stretch to think there is traffic in and out of Rice Lake to Canada.
So, I saw the airport, but sadly, no owl.
