On Monday afternoon, a brown headed cowbird and a robin made for some fun viewing as they took their baths.
The Cowbird got into it pretty good.
The Robin is a master at the bath.
He really gets down into the water. Must feel good.
The bird bath was full when he started, but it needs a refill again now that he is done.
I took a copy of one of these photos along to dinner last night and showed it to Owen (2 1/2).
He looked at it and said "that robin turned into a turtle!"
