A Ruby Throated Hummingbird came to the feeder yesterday afternoon and let me take a few photos of his lovely neck feathers. Usually I'm trying to focus on a fluttering sprite of a bird, but this one was happy to perch on this feeder and slurp and then pose for me. I wish for a little better sharpness of focus, but through the window is through the window clarity too.
No secret about the name of these entertaining birds.
