A favorite quilt shop is sending out 12 Days of Christmas Ornaments patterns. I finally got busy and made day 1. You'll recognize these as a Danish Heart Baskets or julehjerter.
They were fun to make. I have made 100s out of paper,

Oh my, I am concerned about this Amaryllis, I hope it is going to grow some stems before those big buds start trying to open.
It was cold today, I think the high was 12°F.
I'm not used to it yet, but the skiff of snow did cover the dry, brown grass, so for that I am grateful.
