Johansen, Kado earn All-Conference honors for Cardinals
SPRING VALLEY, WI – A pair of Spring Valley seniors earned All-Conference honors last week as the Spring Valley team finished in third place in the conference.
Alyxis Johansen earned first team honors for the Cardinals and Mataya Kado earned second team honors for their body of work over the course of the season for the Cardinals.
Johansen led the Cardinals with 84 kills in 189 attacks in conference matches. She also had a serve percentage of .969 with 14 aces in 65 serves with just two errors on the season. The senior was second on the team in service receptions with 104.
