I went out to hit balls with a friend that I met through the Bridge Club. We went to a driving range East of Chetek, down Country Road D. You would not find it if you did not know it was there.
This is a peaceful setting, where you hit balls into a field that is flagged with distance.
The balls come out of a machine which takes tokens.
The tokens are laying on top of the machine.
After you use the tokens, you push the right amount of money through a slot in the door.
$4 for a large bucket of balls.
We plan to go out and hit a bucket every week and eventually I will be heading out to the course again.
