I finally got back at it on Sunday.
I wheeled the cat condo down to the street, walked back up to the garage to make a sign saying "cat condo". Before I could even take the cap off the Sharpie, a pick up truck pulled up. A woman came up the driveway asking me what the cage was for. I explained that it was for the indoor cat to have some deck time. She said she'd like to have it, So no signage required. I helped her slide it into the bed of her truck. Turns out she is a neighbor. One thing about moving, I'm meeting all the neighbors after 17 years.

One of the many programs that Coors rolled out over the 31 years that I worked. There was MRW, or managing relationships at work. This was an intensive instructional course which required all of management to learn to teach the course through boot camp style training sessions. Once management personnel passed the training to teach, we would then required to take our respective employees through a three day course off site. This had never been done before at Coors and raised many an eyebrow amongst our employees.
I enjoyed teaching the courses and volunteered to do several sessions beyond my own team, I was also invited to teach a short course at the distributor convention in Las Vegas to some of our partners in sales.
Here is one of the basic tenets taught in this course on how to be a good human.
