The Very First

I started blogging on January 18, 2008, my last day of work at the Coors Brewing Company.

So, here we are, 9 years later and I've continued to keep track of my retired life in this format.

I enjoy finding things to do that are remarkable enough to post about and writing is fun for me.

I've published each year's postings in hard covered books, that will either be of interest to future generations, for something to start a bon fire with.

So, thank you to those who read regular, those of you who stop by rarely and to those who wander past as they are skipping from blog to blog.

It's a fun little hobby, and I'll plan to continue.
